Welcome to my 31 witchy days for the month of October. Day twenty-two is a tasseography tea cup set.
This tea leaf reading set has the 21 major arcana tarot symbols on the lip of the cup, a seven pointed star and the three traditional levels of reading the future. The saucer has the elemental symbols as well as moon symbols around the edge. If you are familiar with tarot and their meanings, this cup may be a fun way to explore this divination tool. I created a little zine to accompany the tea set, but please understand, this is my way of divination. I am sharing from my own personal knowledge and practice. The cup is make from a porcelain clay and glazed with a glossy clear glaze. The symbols and designs were all hand painted. This cup is dishwasher and microwave safe, and made from food safe glazes.
The saucer is 6 inches diameter and 1 inch tall. The teacup measures 4.5"w (with handle) x 3.5"d x 2"h and holds 5 oz.
