This is a large ceramic button I sculpted out of a low fire red clay. I used a red and white underglaze to create a surface that looks like a galaxy set in a moon. It feels smooth to the touch. Use to decorate a pillow, shawl, scarf, hat or anything else you might need a unique button for.
